Graphic Designer (Photoshop & Illustrator)

Graphic Designer – Product Customization Specialist We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for creating custom product designs and are highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, we'd love to hear from you.

Design & Mockups

Create product mockups and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Build clean, accurate, client-ready presentation decks in Commonsku
Maintain a consistent, professional look across all client-facing materials

Client & Project Setup

Create and maintain client profiles in Commonsku
Set up new projects accurately and efficiently
Organize project details, timelines, and deliverables

Estimating & Order Management

Prepare detailed estimates for client review
Convert approved estimates into sales orders
Ensure pricing, quantities, and product specifications are accurate

Communication & Coordination

Communicate with clients and vendors via email (MS Outlook)
Coordinate with team members through MS Teams
Gather pricing, timelines, and product details from vendors
Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving forward
Track multiple projects simultaneously and keep stakeholders updated

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Experience with MS Outlook for professional email communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently

Preferred Experience

Experience with Commonsku (highly preferred)
Background in project coordination or administrative support
Experience creating presentation decks and product mockups
Familiarity with the branded merchandise or promotional products industry
